Wapserveen ist ein Dorf in der Gemeinde Westerveld, in der niederländischen Provinz Drenthe. Im Jahr 2021 hatte es 790 Einwohner. Es ist ursprünglich ein Reihendorf. Bis zur kommunalen Neugliederung am 1. Januar 1998 war das Dorf Teil der Gemeinde Havelte, die in Westerveld aufging. Das Dorf liegt nordöstlich von Steenwijk, nördlich des Havelterbergs und südlich der Wapserveensche Aa. Abgesehen von einigen Nebenstraßen mit Neubauten ist es ein langes Reihendorf, an dessen südlicher Seite es noch viele ursprüngliche Hallenhäuser gibt.
