Westerlee ist ein Dorf in der Gemeinde Oldambt in der niederländischen Provinz Groningen. Das Dorf hat 1.490 Einwohner. Westerlee liegt zwischen Meeden und Heiligerlee. Von 1811 bis 1821 war Westerlee eine selbstständige Gemeinde. Der Name Westerlee bezieht sich wahrscheinlich auf den Sandrücken, auf dem das Dorf erbaut wurde. Dieser Sandrücken trennt hier das Moorgebiet vom Tongebiet, auf derselben Erhebung liegen auch Meeden und Heiligerlee. Nördlich des Dorfes beginnt das Oldambt, südlich die Veenkoloniën.
