Das Zielhoes ist eine Gastronomieeinrichtung und ehemalige Schleusenwärterwohnung sowie ehemaliger Versammlungsort des Wasserverbands Noordpolder in Noordpolderzijl in der niederländischen Provinz Groningen.
Das Zielhoes wurde 1811 als Wohnung für den Waarman der Noordpolder gebaut. Die Noordpolder entstand 1811 durch die Eindeichung des Gebiets nördlich von Warffum und Usquert in der Provinz Groningen. 1843 wurde auf dem Gebäude ein Stockwerk angebaut, das als Versammlungsort für die Polderverwaltung diente und ab 1856 für das ehemalige Wasserwerk Noordpolder. Das Flachdach hatte eine Brüstung, von der aus man das Watt, die Inseln und die Umgebung beobachten konnte.
