Das Rathaus von Gennep befindet sich am Markt in Gennep und wurde zwischen 1612 und 1620 unter der Leitung von Willem van Bommel aus Emmerik erbaut. Das Gebäude ist im niederrheinischen Renaissancestil mit einem monumentalen achteckigen Treppenturm gestaltet. Es wird nicht mehr als Rathaus genutzt. Das Rathaus bildet zusammen mit dem Petershaus, dem Gemeindeamt, dem alten Kirchturm der St. Martinuskirche und der niederländisch-reformierten Kirche am Markt einen wichtigen Teil des Stadtbildes von Gennep.
