Die Belagerung von Groenlo durch spanische Truppen unter dem Befehl von Ambrosio Spinola fand vom 3. bis zum 14. August 1606 während des Achtzigjährigen Krieges statt und endete mit der Eroberung der Stadt.
Ein paar Monate später versuchte Prinz Moritz von Oranien die Stadt zurückzuerobern, scheiterte aber aufgrund schlechter Planung und einer Intervention durch Spinola. Groenlo blieb bis zu einer weiteren Belagerung im Jahr 1627 in spanischer Hand.
