Kasteel Rossum ist ein Schloss im Nordosten des gleichnamigen Dorfes Rossum, Gemeinde Maasdriel, in der Bommelerwaard in der niederländischen Provinz Gelderland. Ein genaues Baujahr ist nicht bekannt, aber wahrscheinlich wurde es im 13. Jahrhundert als Landsitz der Familie Van Rossum errichtet.
Das ursprüngliche Schloss wurde im 16. Jahrhundert während der Belagerung von Zaltbommel im Jahr 1599 vollständig zerstört. 1740 wurden die Reste abgerissen, um Platz für ein Rentmeisters Schloss zu schaffen. 1850 ließ der damalige Eigentümer, Baron Van Randwijck, das Rentmeisters Schloss abreißen und baute an dieser Stelle ein Landhaus mit Kutschenhaus. Von 1949 bis 2002 war das Gebäude im Besitz der Gemeinde Rossum und wurde als Gemeindehaus genutzt. Seitdem wird es als Büro genutzt.
