Das Haus von Zessen steht an der West-Kinderdijk in Alblasserdam und wurde 1923 erbaut. Das Haus wurde von Cornelis van Eesteren für die Witwe A. van Zessen entworfen. Es ist das einzige von van Eesteren entworfene Wohnhaus, das gebaut wurde und auch heute noch existiert.
Das Haus steht in Alblasserdam, der Geburtsstadt von Cornelis van Eesteren, dem Sohn des Bauunternehmers Balten van Eesteren, der den Bauauftrag ausführte. Mit dem Haus von Zessen wollte Cornelis van Eesteren eine moderne Ausführung eines Dijkhauses schaffen. Es ist ein frühes Beispiel moderner funktionalistischer Architektur.
