Polder Kerk en Zanen ist ein Polder und ein ehemaliges Wasserkörper in der niederländischen Provinz Südholland, in der Gemeinde Alphen aan den Rijn. Der Wasserkörper entstand 1649 aus der Zusammenlegung des De Grooten Westmolenpolders und des Zanepolders. Er war verantwortlich für die Torfgewinnung, die Trockenlegung und das Wasserwesen in der Region.
