Die Sint-Adrianuskirche ist eine römisch-katholische Kirche in der westniederländischen Stadt Naaldwijk, benannt nach dem Schutzpatron, dem heiligen Adrian. Es ist die dritte römisch-katholische Kirche, die in diesem Ort innerhalb von zwei Jahrhunderten erbaut wurde. Sie ist ein prägendes Gebäude im Zentrum von Naaldwijk.
Die erste Kirche aus dem Jahr 1790 war eine Notkirche an der Dijkweg. An derselben Stelle wurde eine neue Kirche, die Sint-Adrianuskerk, im Jahr 1871 erbaut, als die alte zu klein geworden war. Dort befindet sich immer noch der katholische Friedhof aus dem Jahr 1830, obwohl dort seit 1982 keine Beisetzungen mehr erfolgen. Der Grund für den Bau der Kirche von 1931 war, dass die Kirche von 1871 baufällig und zu klein geworden war. Das benötigte Geld und Land für eine neue Kirche wurde beschafft, als der reiche Bauer Arie Hofstede sein gesamtes Vermögen bei seinem Tod der Gemeinde hinterließ.
