An der Kreuzung von Kruispad, Overasebaan, Oude Trambaan und der Noordhoeksestraat steht die robuste Kapelle, die Unserer Lieben Frau von Immerwährender Hilfe gewidmet ist.
Die Kapelle hat ein Reetdach, während ein schmiedeeisernes Gitter das Andachtsbild vor Vandalismus schützt. Die Gemeinde wollte eine Kapelle gründen, nicht nur um vom Kriegsgeschehen verschont zu bleiben, sondern auch um gute Ernten und Gesundheit zu erlangen. In der Ratssitzung am 29. August 1941 wurde dem Kirchenvorstand ein Stück Land kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt für den Bau einer kleinen Feldkapelle.
Das erste Bild wurde zerstört; das Bild, das jetzt steht, stammt aus dem Garten der Schwestern von Rijsbergen. Pastor Verbunt weihte es am letzten Sonntag im Mai 1942 ein.
Diese Kapelle steht an der ehemaligen Straßenbahntrasse.
