Die Oude Doornse Mühle ist eine Poldermühle, die um 1700 im Ort Almkerk in der niederländischen Gemeinde Altena erbaut wurde. Eigentümer ist die Molenstichting Land van Heusden und Altena. Die Mühle ist vom Typ Grundsøler und eine achteckige Mühle.
Die Mühle wurde als Poldermühle zur Entwässerung des Polders Oude Doorn genutzt, wurde jedoch im März 1965 außer Betrieb genommen. Bis dahin hat sich die Mühle als wichtig für den Polder erwiesen. 1940 und 1944 wurde der Polder vollständig mit Windkraft der Mühle entwässert, nachdem er zum Zwecke der Holländischen Wasserlinie unter Wasser gesetzt wurde. Auch 1953, nach der Wassernotlage, konnte die Mühle den Polder vollständig mit Windkraft entwässern. Heutzutage ist die Oude Doornse Mühle mahlfähig im Umlauf.
