Withuis ist ein Weiler in der niederländisch-limburgischen Gemeinde Eijsden-Margraten, an der Grenze zu Belgien, nahe Wezet. Der Weiler hat etwa 65 Einwohner.
Withuis ist einer der am südlichsten gelegenen Orte in den Niederlanden. Der Weiler liegt entlang der Autobahn A2 und besteht aus zwei Straßen: der alten Rijksweg und einer Sackgasse. Withuis grenzt im Süden an das belgische Dorf Moelingen und im Norden an Eijsden. Auf der belgischen Seite der Grenze befinden sich einige Häuser, die tatsächlich Teil des Weilers sind. Diese Häuser gehörten bis 1977 zur Gemeinde Moelingen und seitdem zur Gemeinde Voeren.
