Der Granfoss-Tunnel ist ein Ensemble von zwei Tunneln an der Ring 3 in Oslo, Norwegen. Die beiden Tunnel sind 2,1 Kilometer lang und Teil der Granfoss-Linie, einem 2,9 Kilometer langen Abschnitt der Autobahn, der 1992 eröffnet wurde und die Ring 3 mit der europäischen Route E18 verbindet. Der Name stammt vom Granfossen-Wasserfall am Lysakerelva-Fluss, der in der Nähe vorbeifließt. Die beiden Tunnel verlaufen von Lysaker nach Mustad und von Mustad zur Ullern-Kirche.
Als die beiden Tunnel mit vier Fahrstreifen für den Verkehr eröffnet wurden, wurde ein über mehrere Jahrzehnte bestehender Engpass im Straßensystem von Oslo endlich beseitigt. Die Tunnel wurden durch das Oslo-Paket 1 finanziert.
