Die Przemsa entsteht am Dreikaisereck in Jaworzno durch den Zusammenfluss der Weißen Przemsa mit der Schwarzen Przemsa .Die „vereinigte“ Przemsa fließt in südliche Richtung. Südöstlich von Imielin speist sie den Stausee Dziećkowice. An der Przemsa liegt noch die Stadt Chełmek . Nach ca. 28 km mündet die Przemsa bei dem Dorf Gorzów nördlich von Oświęcim in die Weichsel.
