Die Provinz Schlesien war eine Provinz im Südosten Preußens. Zu ihr gehörte der größte Teil der historischen Region Schlesien. Ihre Hauptstadt war Breslau. Die Provinz Schlesien bestand von 1815 bis 1919 und nochmals von 1938 bis 1941. In den Jahren von 1919 bis 1938 und ab 1941 war sie in die Provinzen Niederschlesien und Oberschlesien geteilt.
