Głuszyca ist eine Stadt im Powiat Wałbrzyski in der Woiwodschaft Niederschlesien in Polen. Sie ist Sitz der gleichnamigen Stadt- und Landgemeinde.
Głuszyca liegt im Waldenburger Bergland, an der Woiwodschaftsstraße 381, die von Wałbrzych nach Kłodzko führt. Nachbarorte sind Jedlinka und Olszyniec im Norden, Jawornik , Dolki und Walim im Nordosten, Grządki und Rzeczka im Osten, Sokolina , Sierpnice und Kolce im Südosten, Nowa Głuszyca und Głuszyca Górna im Süden, Łomnica und das untergegangene Radosno im Südwesten sowie Grzmiąca und Suliszów im Nordwesten. Östlich liegt die Ruine der Burg Rogowiec . Südlich von Głuszyca Górna führt der touristische Grenzübergang Głuszyca Górna/Janovičky über den Heidelgebirgskamm in die tschechische Nachbargemeinde Heřmánkovice.
