Das Seagram Building ist ein Wolkenkratzer in New York City, 375 Park Avenue zwischen 52nd und 53rd Street. Er wurde von dem Architekten Ludwig Mies van der Rohe entworfen und 1958 fertiggestellt. Mies arbeitete, da er in New York nicht als Architekt zugelassen war, mit Philip Johnson zusammen. Das Seagram Building ist 156,9 Meter hoch und ein Musterbeispiel moderner Architektur. Es wurde als Hauptsitz des Spirituosenkonzerns Joseph E. Seagram & Sons errichtet.
Mies van der Rohe zu beauftragen, war ein Vorschlag der Architektin Phyllis Lambert, der Tochter des damaligen Vorstandsvorsitzenden von Seagram, Samuel Bronfman. Mies hatte zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch kein bedeutendes Gebäude in New York City errichtet.
