Pierce-Arrow war ein US-amerikanischer Automobil- und Nutzfahrzeughersteller; er existierte von 1901 bis 1938. Die Firma war in Buffalo in den Vereinigten Staaten beheimatet.
1912 baute die Firma den größten serienmäßigen Motor, der je einen Personenwagen antrieb: Das Modell 66 HP erhielt einen Hubraum von 13.514 cm³. Pierce-Arrow war einer der bedeutendsten Lieferanten von Armeelastkraftwagen im Ersten Weltkrieg.
