Die Scientology Int. Base ist das internationale Hauptquartier der Scientology-Organisation. Es liegt ca. 160 km östlich von Los Angeles, im Norden von San Jacinto, Riverside County, Kalifornien. Auf einem mit Kameras, Bewegungsmeldern und Armierung abgesicherten Grundstück befinden sich rund 50 Gebäude.
Auf dem Gelände leben und arbeiten durchschnittlich 750 Mitglieder der Sea Org in unterschiedlichen Bereichen. Offizielle der Scientology-Organisationen gaben an, dass die Mitarbeiter einen 8-Stunden-Tag haben und Kleidung, medizinische Versorgung, Kost und Quartier erhielten. Ehemalige Mitarbeiter berichteten von harschen Arbeits- und Lebensbedingungen, bei denen ihr Arbeitstag sieben Tage die Woche um 7.30 Uhr begann und bis Mitternacht dauerte und sehr oft nur eine wöchentliche Bezahlung von 13 oder 14 Dollar gegeben war.
