Bullhead City ist über eine Brücke über den Colorado River mit Laughlin verbunden, der Stadt mit den drittmeisten Casinos in Nevada, nach Las Vegas und Reno. Viele Einwohner von Bullhead City arbeiten in Laughlin oder leben indirekt vom dort legalen Glücksspiel.
