Als Nordkosovo wird zumeist das Gebiet im Norden des Kosovo bezeichnet, das überwiegend von Serben bewohnt wird. Dies sind die Gemeinden Nord-Mitrovica, Leposavić, Zvečan und Zubin Potok. Es hat eine Fläche von etwa 1300 km² mit etwa 50.000 serbischen Einwohnern. Den politischen Verband dieser Gemeinden bezeichnet man ebenfalls als Nordkosovo.
Ein etwas abweichendes Verständnis des Begriffs umfasst denjenigen Sektor des Kosovo, der von französischen KFOR-Einheiten als MNTF Nord verwaltet wird.
