There are a couple of different ways to hike up and down from Katápola to Chóra. The shortest variant follows trail [2] via Miliés. A second possibility is to walk via Agios Geórgios Valsamítis.
In this hike you make a detour via the hills of Víglia and Vouní – this itinerary was years ago quite adventurous and involved some searching since the trail wat not all that obvious at certain spots. But now, the path is much more clear and it is even waymarked with trail markers [8]. The views are beautiful and the passage through the Káto Filládi-valley underneath Chóra is really worthwhile.
