The walk departs from the Vesten in Geraardsbergen, Belgium, and also ends there.
This walk follows the entire route along junctions. The route runs along the Dender, through the nature reserve Kortelake, and then continues to the village center of Overboelare.
At that point, you are halfway through the walk and can enjoy a refreshing drink at Het Bruggenhuis.
In the second part of the walk, you pass by the monument for war hero Major Van Lierde.
Furthermore, you will go through the Boelarebos and the Arduinbos, and then you can enjoy beautiful landscapes and vistas.
You will soon be back at the Vesten.
