The walk through the Valley of the Hoëgne has since become a classic. In the immediate vicinity, you will find two equally fairytale-like streams, the Sawe and the Statte. This day hike takes you from the starting point at the Pont de Belleheid (where you have to drive through the river for a bit) along the banks of the Hoëgne, Sawe, and Statte. A hike with a lot of elevation gain on the roof of Belgium... Besides the babbling waterfalls, the Bilisse Rock, a vertical cliff nearly 50 meters high, is also one of the highlights. The route is not signposted, but mostly runs upstream or downstream. Therefore, you do not need your GPS or smartphone for the entire route.
