A day that takes us through the vast meadows between the Leie and Schelde rivers and the edge of the Flemish Ardennes massif to the cozy Ronse. Having to get off the bike a couple of times is no shame. The return journey takes us south of the Kluisbos, one of the last remnants of the old coal forest. Those who prefer to stay in Ronse can take the train back (40 minutes).
