In Gavere, you cycle along the Scheldt to Zwijnaarde, then cycle from junction 3 via 42 and 52 towards junction 68. The Blaarmeersen are located between the two aforementioned junctions. The Blaarmeersen offer numerous cycling and walking opportunities within the area. A visit to the "Flemish Cycling Center Eddy Merckx" is highly recommended, and with proper timing, you can attend a training session of one or more of our most famous track cyclists (free and comfortable). On the way back, you cycle back via junctions 52, 4, and 5 to the Scheldt, which you follow until Melle.
