The Ottoberg is an eastern foothill of the Weber Mountain in the Zittau Mountains. Its treeless rocky summit lies in the district of Waltersdorf in the municipality of Großschönau.
The Ottoberg is located southwest of Waltersdorf between the valleys of the Pfarrbach and Kohlflössel, both of which originate in the western source area of the Weberborn. To the northeast is the Sängerhöhe. To the east, the mountain descends into the valley of the Waltersdorf village stream. To the east rises the Butterberg, in the southeast the Sonneberg, to the south the Lausche, and to the southwest the Dreiecker.
