Also the route "Südstrand" starts at the tourist information and goes along Bismarckstraße and the promenade to Südstrand. There, follow the pedestrian path to the "Schwarzer Deich" and turn left towards Kugelbake. Following the hiking trail in Greunen Stee, you will reach Café zur Heide. Continuing along Ostfriesenstraße, turn onto the path to Upholm Hof. Via the gravel path, you will reach the Old Lighthouse, from where you can return to the town center via Kirchstraße, passing by the war memorial.
