Briançon is a city in the southeast of France about 14 kilometers from the Italian border. Due to its location in the Alpine region, it is ideal as a base for skiing during the winter months. But Briançon is more than that, and now let that be just what this walk is trying to show you. The tour takes you through the modern downtown before finally arriving at the old center where sights such as the L'enceinte urbaine de Briançon, the Porte d'Embrun, the Musée de la mine, ... and many others will be seen.
