The Angelo Masini Municipal Theatre is a theatre in Faenza located in piazza Nenni, 3. Designed by Giuseppe Pistocchi and decorated by Felice Giani, including the statues and bas-reliefs by Antonio Trentanove, it is a masterpiece of neoclassical architecture.
In the second half of the 18th century, theatrical performances in Faenza were held in a hall of the 15th-century Palazzo del podestà. As the wooden structure used as a theatre had now fallen into ruin, it was decided to construct a new building. An area behind the town hall was identified.
