The Teiro stream is a watercourse that flows in Liguria and discharges into Varazze, in the province of Savona.
The Teiro originates on the western slopes of Mount Beigua with a spring branch called Rio Frassinelle. It initially flows westward, then, after rounding Bric Aliberti, deviates southeast; in this stretch, the watercourse marks the boundary between the municipalities of Stella and Varazze.
After passing Alpicella, where it receives from the left the waters of the Rio dell'Uomo morto, it receives from the right, near the hamlet of Pero, the confluence of the Malacqua Stream.
It then crosses the inhabited area of Varazze where, shortly after receiving from the left the contribution of the Rio Arzocco, it travels its last stretch covered by Viale Nazioni Unite, built in 1960 at the behest of Mayor Cesare Damele, before flowing into the Ligurian Sea.
For a certain stretch, it is bordered by the road that rises from Varazze towards Mount Beigua and Stella San Martino.
