The 29-kilometer long bike route leads from Bergen op Zoom towards Moerstraten, Wouw, Heerle, and back to Bergen op Zoom.
The route passes two forts, the nature reserve Het Laag, and the Castle Meadow in Wouw.
The forts are located at the northernmost point of the Brabantsewal.
The sights are connected by the siege of Bergen op Zoom by the French in 1747 during the War of the Austrian Succession.
After 8 kilometers from the start of the route, you enter the Laag, which is an old floodplain. The height profile map clearly shows that the area is low-lying.
From the elevated Fort de Roovere, there was a wide view over the Laag.
