Borger is the starting point of this 41.5-kilometer cycling tour. In Borger stands the largest hunebed in the Netherlands. It remains something special when you consider how people 5,000 years ago were able to build a grave in this way with such large stones. Enjoy a coffee or tea somewhere on the main street of Borger and then start the cycling tour at the Hunebedcentrum, the place to learn everything about the hunebeds in the Netherlands.
The route begins in Borger, at the Hunebedcentrum. There is usually sufficient parking available in the parking lot on Hunebedstraat.
