Niki fue una aerolínea de bajo costo con base en el aeropuerto de Viena, en Austria, propiedad de Niki Lauda, a través de su empresa Laudamotion Gmbh.
Niki Lauda, ex campeón mundial de Fórmula 1, fue expulsado de Lauda Air por discrepancias con el consejo de administración en noviembre del año 2000. En 2003, Niki Lauda compró la antigua aerolínea Aero Lloyd Austria. La nueva aerolínea empezó sus operaciones el 28 de noviembre de 2003 utilizando temporalmente el nombre FlyNiki.
