Desafiante ruta de senderismo para el caminante experimentado que comienza en Alpbach, hacia el Hochstrickl (1.787m) y la Gratlspitze (1.893m).
La caminata circular hacia Gratlspitz le llevará a través de minas cerradas, donde usted podrá ir a explorar.
Los hallazgos antiguos prueban que en Alpbach ya se extraía valioso mineral mucho antes de Cristo. A principios de 1500 se descubrió plata y cobre en Gratlspitz, Schatzberg y Luegergraben. Entre 1465 y 1760 se añadió oro al hallazgo. Cuando los filones comenzaron a agotarse a finales del siglo XX, se cerraron las minas. Las entradas de las minas en Gratlspitz siguen siendo una atracción. En las viejas pilas de desecho, la luz del sol aún capta destellos deslumbrantes.
