El Museo Municipal de Hoogstraten se encuentra en uno de los más bellos beguinajes de Flandes. El beguinaje de Hoogstraten se creó en el siglo XIV y es Patrimonio de la Humanidad de la UNESCO. En la exposición permanente se presenta la historia de la ciudad de Hoogstraten y la prehistoria. Anualmente se organizan cuatro exposiciones temporales sobre arte y patrimonio.
