La Naciónal de Tiro fue un complejo militar en Schaarbeek de 1889 a 1963, donde los tiradores de la Guardia Civil y el ejército podían realizar ejercicios de tiro.
El ministro Charles Rogier, que también apoyó los planes para una primera línea de ferrocarril en Bélgica, y el alcalde Eugène Dailly de Schaarbeek jugaron un papel importante en la realización del plan de 1859 para establecer un campo de tiro permanente y nacional en la actual plaza Dailly. Con esto, respondieron al entusiasmo que existía en el joven Bélgica por el deporte de tiro.
