El Wiels es un centro de arte contemporáneo ubicado en 354 Avenue Van Volxem en Forest, en el edificio de la antigua cervecería Wielemans-Ceuppens. Inaugurado oficialmente el 25 de mayo de 2007, el Wiels comprende tres salas de exposiciones con una superficie total de 1,800 m2, una librería, un cine/auditorio, un conjunto de estudios individuales para artistas en residencia y un café-restaurante. El edificio Blomme, también conocido como la "Torre Wielemans", es uno de los pocos ejemplos de arquitectura industrial modernista en Bruselas. Las ruinas de la antigua cervecería fueron catalogadas en 1993 por la Región de Bruselas-Capital. Desde 2005, este sitio industrial ha sido objeto de una importante operación de renovación y rehabilitación desarrollada por la firma de arquitectura Art & Build.
