Aquí se encuentra un mausoleo único. Parece como si los espíritus del Bosque de Soignes se reunieran en el lugar del Monumento a los Guardabosques. En un círculo de monolitos de piedra, conmemoran la desaparición de 11 guardabosques que perdieron la vida entre 1914 y 1918. Richard Viandier, pintor apasionado del Bosque de Soignes, colaboró con la Gestión de Agua y Bosques, para la cual realizó diversas exposiciones. Para este 'cromlech' tradicional o círculo de piedras, se inspiró en rituales funerarios celtas. Este lugar, que fue inaugurado el 30 de mayo de 1920, irradia una atmósfera particular.
