En la Holstraat, a la altura del actual Instituto Técnico Superior San Antonio, el 6 de enero de 1811 se llevó a cabo la edición de invierno de las Florales en el local El Jardín Botánico, más tarde llamado Hortus Florealis. El local era gestionado por el posadero Lanckman, el propietario de la posada Au Jardin de Frascati.
