El bosque de héroes es un área verde comunitaria de 1,30 hectáreas accesible al público, cerca del centro de Zulte, en la zona entre la Kapellestraat, la Kouterweg y la Dennenstraat.
Este bosque fue creado como tributo y recuerdo vivo del compromiso de todos los cuidadores, tanto delante como detrás de las cámaras durante la crisis del coronavirus.
También hay un área de esparcimiento para perros y un verdadero jardín de recolección con varios arbustos de bayas y algunos árboles frutales de tronco alto y un banco de descanso.
