Esta capilla en la intersección de la Pierestraat y la Annovenstraat es un testimonio de sencillez. Esta pequeña capilla abierta, encalada y de ladrillo con techo a dos aguas de tejas, data probablemente del tercer al cuarto cuarto del siglo XIX. Tiene un alto arco apuntado con una puerta de madera semicircular en un frontón achaflanado. En el interior se puede ver una cruz de madera popular y un altar con estatuillas de Nuestra Señora de yeso a ambos lados de la cruz.
Antiguamente, la Annovenstraat se llamaba 'Oudenhovenstraat'.
