La iglesia de San Roque es una iglesia parroquial en el lugar de Deurne en Amberes, situada en la calle Sint-Rochusstraat_DE 75. A lo largo del siglo XIX, Deurne experimentó un rápido crecimiento poblacional. En 1859 y 1866-1867 ocurrió una epidemia de cólera. San Roque, patrón contra las enfermedades contagiosas, fue invocado y en 1867 se construyó una pequeña capilla en su honor. En 1886 se construyó una capilla más grande, en realidad una iglesia auxiliar, para atender los barrios de Drie Koningen, Exterlaer y Silsburg. Esta fue construida de madera, debido a la importancia militar de la cercana Línea de Fortificaciones de Amberes.
