La Capilla del Pastor es una capilla de madera al borde de la carretera con una estatua de María.
En ese lugar ya se indica una capilla en el mapa catastral de Popp (hacia 1850), la capilla actual fue reconstruida en el siglo XX. Se dice que fue fundada en el siglo XIX por un pastor de la cercana granja Hoeckaert como agradecimiento por la curación.
La capilla lleva la inscripción "Tú que pasas por aquí a caballo o a pie honras a María con un Avemaría". Cerca de la capilla hay un banco que invita a la oración.
