ES - El sendero GR 130 IJzer recorre la mitad de la región de Westhoek de Flandes Francés (FR) y la otra mitad de Flandes Occidental (BE). Es una caminata fluida a través de un paisaje plano y muy abierto. Ver crecer el río desde un arroyo de campo hasta un río en expansión y convertirse en un mar de agua en Nieuwpoort es el hilo (blanco) de esta caminata.
