La ruta de Kerstenburgruiter tiene 18 km de longitud y explora una atractiva parte del paisaje del valle de Mandel y Leie alrededor de Dentergem y Wielsbeke. La región es una zona agrícola distintiva con suelos ricos. La ruta comienza en la manège Kerstenburg y nos lleva a través de caminos serpenteantes hacia el Leie. A lo largo del trayecto vemos el dominio provincial De Baliekouter y el "Blauw Kasteelke". A través del Leie tomamos caminos rurales que nos llevan a través del valle del Oude Mandelbeek hasta nuestro punto final.
