La Glâne es un río de Suiza que atraviesa una parte del cantón de Friburgo, un afluente del Sarine, por lo tanto, un subafluente del Rin.
El río nace en la comuna de Siviriez, marca la frontera entre Mézières y Romont, antes de dirigirse hacia el este donde se canaliza entre Siviriez y el pueblo de Granges-la-Battiaz, para finalmente desembocar en el Sarine en la frontera entre Villars-sur-Glâne y Friburgo.
