Cleebronn es un municipio en el distrito de Heilbronn en Baden-Wurtemberg. Forma parte de la región de Heilbronn-Franken y de la zona periférica de la metrópoli europea de Stuttgart.
Cleebronn se encuentra en Zabergäu, en el sur del distrito de Heilbronn, poco al norte de la cresta de Stromberg, a una altitud de 260 a 220 m sobre el nivel del mar. El pueblo está situado en el valle y en las laderas inferiores de un valle secundario, por el que fluye el Ruitbach en dirección noreste, que más abajo se une al Zaber como Herrenwiesenbach. A cerca de un kilómetro al sureste del centro del pueblo se eleva el Michaelsberg, de 394 m de altura, símbolo del municipio y de toda la región de Zabergäu. En sus laderas se cultiva vino, lo que también da forma a los alrededores.
