Bad Tölz es una ciudad en Baviera, Alemania, centro administrativo del distrito de Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen.
Desde la retirada de los glaciares al final de la Edad de Hielo, la arqueología ha revelado una ocupación humana continua en el área de Bad Tölz: existen por ejemplo trazas de la cultura de Hallstatt, de colonias romanas y de los celtas romanizados.
