Bad Boll es un municipio en el distrito de Göppingen en Baden-Wurtemberg. Pertenece a la región de Stuttgart y a la zona periférica de la metrópoli europea de Stuttgart.
Bad Boll se encuentra en el borde norte de la Suabia, a unos diez kilómetros al sur de Göppingen, entre los municipios de Aichelberg, Dürnau, Gruibingen y Zell, entre otros. Al sureste de Bad Boll se encuentra el Kornberg, que pertenece al término municipal de Gruibingen. El municipio comparte con Gruibingen la reserva natural de Teufelsloch-Kaltenwang, que está situada al sur, con aproximadamente 122 ha de extensión. Al sur del municipio se encuentra la llanura de Boller Heide, un destino de excursión popular.
